MatchuSaysHi you could try some savory microwavable steel cut oatmeal and crack an egg and some bacon bits or snip some chives into it while it's still steaming hot. at some point though, budgeting time in the kitchen will pay some serious dividends.

MatchuSaysHi also, an ~easyish and filling meal is to ahead of time: - make some quinoa, - a simple lemon + olive oil dressing, - toast some pine nuts, - shave some parm. toss whatever proportion of those you want with - half a ripe avocado, sliced - arugala
