emax lescarr i dunno max, win10 already runs on arm docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/porting/apps-on-arm b/c of gains in battery life. i'm sure that there are other reasons to run x86 bytecode, but even ms virtualizes it. boot camp would probably work, but you'd have to deal with all the *nix/brew code assuming gcc+x86
