    jeremias i'm not saying we're destined to have 1MB webpages w/ 2 ¶s and a 20k img but the expectations we have for webapp perf and usability are so much greater now than they used to be. my fav. ex is in the attached img. folks _want_ those states but the code has to go _somewhere_
    oh my god twitter doesn’t include alt text from images in their API
